Texan RV Park and Campus is seeking a part-time Grounds Person to join our team. Thursday- Monday, 8-5 in winter and 7-3 in summer. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for the mowing/weedeating all park area, and in addition, light knowledge of painting, carpentry, and other routine repairs, mowing, weeding, and preventative maintenance will be the primary position. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and be able to work independently or as a part of a team.

Job Requirements
·Ability to work weekends and some holidays
·A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required for this position
·A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team is essential
·Must be authorized to work in Athens, TX

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Groundskeeping: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
