We are looking to fill various positions with experienced candidates in asphalt and related fields. The Equipment Operator/Skilled Laborer will be operating the company's heavy equipment to produce quality products for our customers. We are a small business so everyone helps everyone with everything. We strive to give our customers the best product while also keeping our employees fulfilled and proud of their work. We are looking for someone who has experience in operating most heavy equipment including but not limited to skidsteers, motorgraders, paver, pneumatic rollers, etc. Experience in asphalt would be a bonus for us but is not required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate construction and industrial machinery.
• Understand safety rules.
• Familiarize with OSHA regulations.
• Plan daily activities.
• Learn how to use new equipment.
• Perform general maintenance duties on machinery.
• Perform daily inspections on equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
