Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Special Services Landscape Crew Member to join our team. The Special Services Crew Member will play a crucial role in delivering specialized landscape services, such as hardscaping, irrigation system installation and maintenance, seasonal clean-ups, and other custom projects.

This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities : Perform various specialized landscape tasks, including but not limited to : Installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems, including troubleshooting and adjusting sprinkler heads, valves, and timers.

Seasonal clean-ups, including leaf removal, pruning, and mulching. Planting, transplanting, and maintaining trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery.

Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed. Hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and saws. Power tools such as drills, saws, and compactors.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

Nice to Haves : Operating and maintaining landscape equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner, including but not limited to : Skid steer loaders, excavators, and other heavy machinery.

Installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens. Qualifications : Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, or related field preferred.

Ability to operate landscape equipment and tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
