Requirements:
Essential Functions
1. Ability to independently manage.
2. Represent clients in a wide range of matters, transactional and litigation.
3. Assist with drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
4. Regularly handle court appearances.
5. Effectively and efficiently communicate with managing partners and other team members to provide status updates.
6. Adhere to all company policies including attendance guidelines and all electronic communication guidelines.
7. Participate in all aspects of Firm's matters.
8. Build relationships with business unit team members through an open and collaborative style. Assist business teams in achieving the client’s goals and objectives in a legal and ethical manner.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as in a Boutique or large, midsize or law firm setting. Strong oral argument, research and writing skills.
Preferred: Experience in Business Litigation, Estates and Trusts, Business, Real Estate is a required.
The exceptional candidate will be someone who can make difficult legal concepts understandable, relates well to clients and staff, and thinks innovatively.
Mandatory Software Experience: Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word), calendaring and billing software.
Preferred Software Experience: Clio Grow & Manage, Ring Central, Dropbox.
Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Job Type:
The Position is full time and has billable hour requirement.
Billable Requirement: 1600 Billable Hours Annually.
Compensation:
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Substantial benefits. 15 Paid holidays, in addition to PTO.
