**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to oversee the operations of our preschool facility. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish both written and spoken. The Director is responsible for managing staff, implementing educational programs, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young children.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual and social development of preschool-aged children.
- Be able to manage day-to-day operations of the preschool, including staff supervision, budgeting, and enrollment management.
-Director will need to be able to offer appropriate classroom management stratgies to staff.
-Director will need to be able to step into the classroom as a lead/floater as needed.
- Create a safe and welcoming environment that fosters learning and creativity.
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure curriculum delivery meets educational standards.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and program effectiveness.
- Oversee parent communication and involvement in preschool activities.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance the quality of education provided.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Proven experience in education administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong budgeting skills to manage financial resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with staff, parents, and children.
- Ability to strategize, plan, and implement educational initiatives that align with the school's mission.
- Passion for educating young children and creating a positive learning environment.
