- Assist in developing and refining manufacturing process with Manufacturing Engineers
- Validate production equipment
- Participate in manufacturing trials by preparing coupon-level samples
- Collect data using metrology
- Supervise automated electrical and mechanical test equipment
- Roll out process changes to production equipment
- Respond to advanced maintenance issues
- Interact daily with Manufacturing Engineers to communicate results and receive tasks
- Assist with root cause analysis
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers with ensuring equipment and processes meet production capacity targets and outputs
- Associate Degree in a technical topic, proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical technical experience, or equivalent
- 5 years pertinent experience
- Experience in a factory organization
- Experience with mechanical-electrical/mechatronic systems
- Knowledgeable about production quality metrics
- Able to converse technically with Engineers
- Exemplary written communication and technical report writing skills
- Experience with manual machining and other fabrication processes
- Well organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Mastery of Word and Excel
