Tesla participates in the E-Verify Program
- Manage the process workflow for all project activities from work request to closing
- Keep the activities tracking system up to date and keep the data available for both TSP team and the customer; provide the customer with data as needed
- Prepare reports and weekly & monthly summary for customers and management
- Create Power BI dashboards that allow for faster analytical transparency
- Support the TSP team process workflow and be the point of contact to maintain and improve it
- Often taking the lead on leadership reviews, funding requests & cross function investigations and studies
- Support the team in budgeting, forecasting, workload, and funding
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management; or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in construction and industrial projects
- Project or program management experience (PMP or CAPM Certified)
- Moderate experience in Microsoft PowerApps software / Power Automate & Automation of workflows
- Ability to work on-site 100% of the time
- Experience with Power BI & HTML / CSS is a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to understand complex problems and distill the message into a clear plan. Be the bridge between customer and team to resolve any conflict or miscommunication
