The Senior SEC Analyst prepares the 10-Q/K, coordinatesquarterly close activities and assists with various financial analyses. Thisindividual will interface extensively with the general ledger team, theregional accounting teams, the legal department and both the internal &external auditors. In addition, the Senior SEC Analyst participates in any adhoc projects and the implementation of any process/system improvements.
- Drafts the primary financial statements, including theconsolidated balance sheet, income statement, and statement of equity
- Authors the 10-Q/K footnote disclosures and the associatedworkpapers
- Ensures quality control over the 10-Q/K
- Work on financial information hosting platform, includingreview of XBRL tagging, and maintain relationships with the external team
- Collaborates with other accounting teams and both theinternal & external auditors
- Analyzes fluxes at the consolidated-level
- Ensures compliance with SOX
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or equivalent
- Qualified for CPA license
- Minimum 3 years of auditing and/or financial reportingexperience
- Auditing experience from a Big 4 accounting firm ishighly preferred
- Strong understanding and proficiency of US GAAP
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple taskssimultaneously

$64,000 - $240,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
