What to Expect

As an Organic Growth Marketer, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy, and continuously optimizing our Owned Channels. Your focus will be on aligning our Product/UX efforts, our Paid traffic campaigns, and our Content strategy with SEO requirements and other organic traffic insights. You will ensure we maximize our effectiveness in attracting qualified organic traffic, discover untapped areas for organic growth, and successfully integrate Owned Channels with Paid Channels by looking at our customer journey holistically.

We are looking for an expert operator but also a strategist, capable of analyzing trends, making data-driven decisions, and driving significant organic growth through technical tactics and cross-functional collaboration

What You'll Do
  • Auditing, Optimizing & Building Content - Collaborating with Copywriting, Localization, Content and Product specialists to review and optimize existing Content, and to create from scratch pages that are rank-worthy
  • Competitor Analysis - Analyzing competitors' Content and identifying tactics to outrank them
  • Organic Growth Strategy - Performing Organic traffic opportunity sizing analyses, Topical Authority analyses, identifying untapped topics, putting together a strategic roadmap for SEO and new Content (from pages to website areas) based on quantified expected impact
  • Collaborative Strategy Optimization - Working cross-functionally with other teams, including Performance Marketing, Content, Web Analytics and Product, to ensure all our activities move in a direction that is coherent with our organic growth strategy and objectives
  • Tracking, Reporting & Communication - Identifying the correct KPIs to track in order to evaluate the impact of Organic Growth activities, building ad hoc dashboards, and reporting on them
  • Mentorship & Leadership Becoming our internal evangelist on organic growth topics. Mentoring other members in the Growth team, and in the teams you'll be collaborating with, on the how's and why's of SEO and organic growth
What You'll Bring
  • Expertise in Technical SEO and Editorial SEO: internal linking, page rendering, title tag optimization, Topical SEO, Topical Authority, keyword research, metadata, crawling, indexation logic, category logic, site architecture, Content enhancement
  • Knowledge of UX best practices for Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Understanding of Inbound Marketing, Content strategy, A/B testing
  • Hands-on expertise with three or more of the following tools (and ability to illustrate in depth what they can do): Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, ScreamingFrog, Sistrix, Moz, Optimizely, Keywordtool.io, Seolyze, Webtrekk/Mapp, Linkbird, Contentful, Oncrawl, Searchmetrics, Botify, AX Semantics, Jasper, Hotjar, Advanced Web Ranking
  • Up to speed with data analysis tools. Preferred: GA4, Excel, Tableau, Looker. Plus: ability to automate tasks with R or Python. Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices
  • Excellent project management and leadership abilities. Communication and persuasion skills are key, given the role's highly cross-functional nature and Language proficiency in English. Preferred: German, French, Spanish, and/or Italian knowledge

Expected Compensation

$57,000 - $216,600/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
