This role demands asubstantial degree of engagement with both customers and employees. The idealcandidate will not only demonstrate technical expertise but also excel indelivering exceptional customer service. Members of our service team must bepassionate about supporting cutting-edge EV technology and accelerating theworld's transition to sustainable energy.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries viaphone, email, and drive-in with a high level of attention and professionalism
• Ensure timely return of missed phone callsand emails, within 5 minutes
• Assess technical issues, providing solutionsover the phone when possible or escalating to the Shop Foreman/Service Managerfor immediate attention
• Accurately document customer concerns anddata into the Dealer Management System and demonstrate extreme attention todetail
• Conduct seamless transactions, guide customersthrough corrections, and summarize processes
• Keep customers informed with estimatedcompletion times, regular updates, and thorough follow-up on each vehicle'sstatus
• Coordinate vehicle details before deliveryand coordinate delivery or pick-up times with customers, following up toconfirm satisfaction with the provided services

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairmethods, including familiarity with tools, materials, and techniques
• Hands-on experience with a diverse range ofhand and power tools, shop equipment, and automotive/electrical testing devices
• Ability to follow verbal and writteninstructions with meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in DealerManagement System(s), Outlook, and MS Office
• Proactive willingness to learn emergingautomotive technologies
• Establish and maintain cooperativerelationships with all individuals contacted in course of work, including thepublic
• Maintain accurate daily records and effectively managemultiple priorities to meet deadlines
• Must have a valid driver's license in countryof employment
