We are currently seeking to fill the position of SecurityOfficer within our Bay Area team. The ideal candidate has a bias for action andconsistently demonstrates excellence. They will be, trustworthy, professional,adaptable to change, have strong situational awareness and be customer serviceoriented. Candidates must have a problem-solving mindset and exercise attentionto detail in the performance of their duties. This position may include work onnights, weekends, and holidays.

- Provide customer service to executive staff, personnel,guests, and contractors; Provide support to executive staff for specialevents, and meetings
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and meet uniformand grooming standards
- Executes company procedures to ensure the physicalprotection of personnel, and property, while meeting required codes andregulations
- Assists with the operation of security systems: CCTV, accesscontrol, and incident reporting; Responsible for the access control of assignedlocation
- Maintains recordkeeping system for security relatedactivities: incidents, events, and drills
- Responsible for the emergency response to medical, fire orother emergency incidents onsite
- Remains keenly alert at all times, alerting all employeesand others to possible threats or situations requiring immediate attention
- 3 years of experience in a guard or security officerposition
- Proficient with computers including Microsoft Officeapplications
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and securityprocedures/protocols preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbal andwritten, in English
- Ability to obtain and maintain state-specific guard cardorother licensing requirements; CurrentFirst Aid/AED/CPR certification
- Ability to walk and/or stand for eight-hour shifts andhandle occasional mandatory overtime
- Must have a valid driver's license and able to operateassigned fleet

$18.00 - $46.00/hour cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
