Tesla offers a robust Parking and Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure. Parking and charging areavailable 24/7, we have over 6,000 parking stalls across all our Tesla Bay Area sites. The ParkingEnforcement Agent is responsible for monitoring our Parking lots, Valet Parking and Electric Vehiclecharging operations. The Parking Enforcement Agent works closely with the Parking and Valet ProgramManager and is a crucial part of the Workplace Transportation Team.

• Regularly patrol Tesla sites to identify and address suspicious activity, parking violations,unauthorized parking, and congestion issues
• Ability to make decisions based on the scope and communicate them effectively to multiplevendors
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding Parking, Valet Parking and Electric Vehicle charging
• Help deliver parking notifications and alerts to employees using multiple communication channels
• Work closely with other teams from Tesla pertaining to requests, projects and needs
• Effectively communicate changes and needs to all stakeholders
• Accurately document parking violations by issuing citations and tickets to vehicles in violation of parking regulations, ensuring proper completion of all necessary paperwork
• Enforce Tesla's Parking Policy to maintain order and fairness within parking facilities, while exhibiting a balanced approach while educating
• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of enforcement tools and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of issued citations, tow notices, towed vehicles, and other relevant data, and ensure that data is properly entered

• 3 years of driving experience
• Excellent organization and time management/multi-tasking skills demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of project
• Perform effectively in a team dynamic, as well as individually
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

$20.20 - $52.80/hour cash and stock awards benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
