- Develop and execute strategies for ramping up electrical testers to meet high-volume demand, while ensuring compliance with electrical specifications and quality standards
- Identify and diagnose issues with products and equipment, using your strong electrical testing, analytical and troubleshooting skills to ensure timely and accurate resolution
- Drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes, leveraging your expertise in electrical testing to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains
- Collaborate closely with other members of the manufacturing team, including production engineers, technicians, and operators, to ensure smooth and efficient production operations
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, testing procedures, and equipment maintenance activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in electrical testing and troubleshooting techniques, sharing your expertise and knowledge to build a strong and capable manufacturing team
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on electrical testing and troubleshooting
- Experience with electrical testing equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators, as well as experience with programming languages such as Python, C , or LabVIEW
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Prior experience with statistical process control (JMP, Minitab) and SQL preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A strong focus on quality and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet strict quality standards and customer requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
