What to Expect
We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in Electrical Testing and Troubleshooting. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing the ramp-up of electrical testers to high volume production, ensuring that products and processes meet electrical specifications and quality standards, and diagnosing issues in both the product and the equipment. You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes to achieve our manufacturing targets and ultimately transferring the testers to production engineering.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute strategies for ramping up electrical testers to meet high-volume demand, while ensuring compliance with electrical specifications and quality standards
  • Identify and diagnose issues with products and equipment, using your strong electrical testing, analytical and troubleshooting skills to ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes, leveraging your expertise in electrical testing to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the manufacturing team, including production engineers, technicians, and operators, to ensure smooth and efficient production operations
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, testing procedures, and equipment maintenance activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in electrical testing and troubleshooting techniques, sharing your expertise and knowledge to build a strong and capable manufacturing team
What You'll Bring
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on electrical testing and troubleshooting
  • Experience with electrical testing equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators, as well as experience with programming languages such as Python, C , or LabVIEW
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Prior experience with statistical process control (JMP, Minitab) and SQL preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A strong focus on quality and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet strict quality standards and customer requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
