• Reconcile accounts, post payments and update customer records in the Accounting/Reporting systems
• Identifying and resolving daily challenges
• Investigate and resolve business partner inquiries and process adjustment entries as needed
• Process reclassifications, reversals and ensure timely month-end completion
• Design automation solutions to further streamline real-time financial data for decision making
• Prepare management reports including open receivables, unapplied cash and many ad hoc projects
• Build and improve upon existing processes related to accounts receivable process and cash application by developing tools, models and guiding automation initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred; or equivalent in experience
• 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable preferred
• Expertise MS Office, with ability to learn new software/tools with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented, organized, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Regular, reliable and predictable performance required
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
