Tesla is looking for a Data Engineer to join the EnergyAsset Management team responsible for preparing data for analytical andoperational uses across all of energy products. The team builds and maintainsdata pipelines that consolidate data from different systems into a structuredformat that can be consumed by the team to build reports, dashboards and drivedecisions.
*Deploy data pipelines that transforms data into structureoutput for analytics in a robust, efficient, and scalable framework
*Build tools and frameworks to help users summarize andexplore the data
*Automate reporting and data quality checks
*Provide ongoing support for deployed pipelines
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science,Computer Engineering or equivalent in experience
* Strong knowledge of SQL and Python
* Demonstrated experience building data pipelinesusing Airflow
* Working knowledge of Spark and big dataprocessing
* Experience with Git or other source controlsoftware
* Scala experience is a plus

$80,000 - $258,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
