Tesla is lookingfor a Collision Field Technical Specialist to work on one of the mostprogressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve providingCollision technical support to our internal and external partners across theworld. This team member must have expert working knowledge in frame equipment,welding, riveting, metal work, diagnostic systems and estimating platforms.This Collision Field Technical Specialist must be passionate about Collisionrepair processes and achieving excellence in aspects of repair. They must be astrong critical thinker and have great communication skills as they will beworking with technicians, Site Leaders/Mangers, Engineers, and Senior leadersacross Tesla.

• Fieldbased body repair technical specialist that solves field escalations at TeslaApproved Collision Centers and Tesla Collision Centers
• Rootcause body repair field issues and report findings to engineering teams
• AnswerToolbox cases, emails, and phone calls to address body shop concerns withhighest level of response and attention
• Providetraining and quality assurance activities to continually improve customersatisfaction
• Generateweekly reports of activities and findings
• Operatea variety of hand, power, and shop tools
• Complywith all Tesla safety rules, guidelines, and standards

• Certificatefrom Vocational School in collision, or equivalent
• BodyMaster Technician - 10 years of Tesla or industry experience preferred
• Expertworking knowledge in frame equipment, welding, riveting, metal work, diagnosticsystems and estimating platforms
• Highlevel of proficiency in written and spoken English and proficiency in MicrosoftOffice and other cloud applications
• Abilityto maintain high level of confidentiality
• Abilityto work independently with limited supervision
• 50%travel domestically and internationally based on business needs and capable oflifting 50 lbs and drive a forklift
