As a Case Manager in the Litigation Department, you will be responsible for managing, evaluating,negotiating, and settling consumer cases for both vehicle and energy products. This role requires youto work in an autonomous capacity, but also closely with diverse stakeholder groups such as litigationattorneys, paralegals, and other relevant business partners, to resolve high-risk consumer cases. Youwill be engaged in various aspects of pre-litigation correspondence including those with customers,attorneys, and regulators.
Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment while consistently meetingstandards for productivity and quality
Demonstrates ability to work as a flexible and effective team member
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Deadline-driven and ability to multitask
Data analysis, problem solving, and project management skills
Demonstrates strong leadership skills (i.e., ability to take charge, has confidence to interactwith all levels, can set objectives, will drive results and is a team player)
Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
$64,000 - $264,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
