This role will be part of the global workforce management and systems team which is focused on delivering scalable, compliant, and automated solutions for our business needs.

• Workon internal Time & Attendance system implementation and integrations forvarious global markets.
• Lead the gathering of detailedrequirements, design, and implementation, configuration, testing, anddeployment activities for building inbound/ outbound interfaces.
• Pilot complex working sessions, defineobjectives, and provide strategic inputs to support integrations with external payroll,benefits systems.
• Act as a liaison between theEngineering team and internal business partners including HR, Finance, Payroll,Internal Audit, etc.
• Workclosely with Systems Manager, applications team on On-going projects andupgrades including new interfaces, validations, deployments.
• Responsible and dedicated in resolvinga variety of system issues, performing system audits, and working towarddeliverable goals and objectives.
• Resolve complex data issues, perform indepth analysis and evaluation, and determine the best method to approachresearching and solving data issues
• PerformUAT, create test scenarios for system enhancements/ updates and new systemrollouts.

• Experience with implementation, enhancements,and support of integration tools for Workforce Management, Timekeeping andLeave management solutions such as Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), Boomi,Platform Integration
• Experience in building SOAP/ REST based webservice, XML, JSON, SQL, mapping designer, transformations.
• Working with data formats and technologieslike Flat file, FTP, Fixed width
• Experience with SQL, query tools, dataconnectors, orchestration, analyze and troubleshoot data related issues
• Kronos/ UKG systems integration experience aplus.
• College degree with BS in computer science orrelated field is required
• Advance knowledge of Timekeeping system andleave administration
• Technical and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment, self-starter with ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills to work withvarious levels of end users, flexible with global time zones and projecttimelines
