• Work directly with software developers to understand user issues and circle back with both short term and long term solutions
• Reliable detection for critical incident and core service downtime with OpsGenie and Monitoring dashboards
• Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides with no inaccuracy that can answer any support questions
• In depth application purpose, workflow and use case knowledge and able to provide accurate answer to stakeholders
• Answer all stakeholder support questions accurately within reasonable timeframe, including during application office hour meetings and user escalations
• Manage all application configurations.
• Connect and follow up with global factories to deploy tools globally, summarize local challenges, offer solutions and propose integration paths
• Launch systems and tools to new departments, manufacturing lines and global factories and train new stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience
• 2 years of working knowledge of Structured Query Language, Splunk, OpsGenie and Prometheus
• 1 years of experience with Python or other software development language
• Must be able to understand integrated systems and their dependencies
• Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and a self-starter, passionate to grow systems and tools globally
• Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple commitments
