Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our products. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to define product goals and strategies.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business priorities.
Create detailed product specifications and user stories to guide the development team.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to iterate on product features and improve user satisfaction.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate product updates effectively.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Software Development or Engineering or 10 years Software Development lead experience
Proven Experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Salary: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Tesla, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $160-200k
