ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • With guidance from department manager and senior staff members, works with internal customers and various subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce content and achieve business objectives that address sales/marketing or technical problems of moderate complexity with guidance from department manager and senior staff members.
  • Create content: write new content, make changes/edits to existing content, gather the correct pieces from the content management system (CMS).
  • Frequently makes decisions on routine matters, clearing all non-routine issues with department manager or lead project manager.
  • Forecasts and meets project deadlines and budgets. Takes the initiative to report on project status; anticipates and alerts manager and internal customers of potential project difficulties.
  • Manage all phases of content development projects, including needs assessment, affected deliverables, and timelines, content management & development, review schedules, and release activities.
  • Assists in the maintenance of art, photo, and electronic and printed document files to meet departmental and regulatory requirements.
  • Conformance with a stringent process which follows established Manufacturing Operating Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures, etc.
  • Implements and coordinates training on deployment of disposable label updates to label room associates.
  • Has frequent contacts with vendors and or internal customers on routine matters, implementing the various tactics required of the job.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in content development.
Skills
  • Knowledge of the businesses’ products and the therapies in which they are used.
  • Functional knowledge of industry and regulatory, marketing, linguistic, and publication standards and applies this knowledge to the completion of all projects.
  • Ability to collaborate and translate business objectives into tangible content for skill development at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing/editing, graphic design.
  • Organizing skills and the demonstrated ability for attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and comfortably with all levels within the businesses.
  • Able to drive for results- seeing projects through completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to use Visio, Adobe Photoshop, SharePoint, Adobe Illustrator, VB Script and various Label Software.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated effective problem-solving capability with creativity in providing solutions to new issues.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range: $64,700.00 to $80,900.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 7.0%
