The Logistic Specialist reports into the Regional Supply Chain organization and is responsible for the tactical execution of the regional logistics strategic roadmap with a focus on optimization and improvement of cost, quality and delivery performance. The Logistics Specialist will leverage cross-functional collaboration with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to establish a clear definition of normal and abnormal supply chain conditions, defining and maintaining standard operating procedures with aligned KPIs that support regional logistics operations and lead root cause analysis and resolution where KPI performance is off target.
The Logistics Specialist will track market conditions and provide alternative solutions to mitigate cost and delivery impact of adverse market developments. They will liaise with internal departments on issues related to international logistics and 3PL warehousing to proactively implement solutions to prevent and mitigate customer impact. The Logistics Specialist will capture, analyze and action all relevant freight and warehouse data based on regional activity. They will support the implementation of all process improvements and system developments with internal and external stakeholders.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Logistics Specialists typically work in an office environment, but may also need to visit warehouses, distribution centers, or transportation hubs as part of their responsibilities. TypicalOffice Environment requirements include reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range:$65,200.00to$81,500.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:7.0%
