Responsibilities

Full-Time FNP Needed in west Phoenix, AZ - 23rd Avenue Recovery Center

Schedule: 30 hours/week: 3 days/week at 23rd Avenue & 10 hours/week: 1 day/week at another west side Phoenix clinic

Location: Near I-17/ Dunlap

Patient Population: Mostly Adult / SMI 

Collaborate with the Mental Health Providers on site to provide integrated care

Ideal candidate must be AZ Licensed with a valid DEA 

Excellent Salary Plus Starting Bonus

Additional Language Differential Pay Available: $3/hour

Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus

Direct Services:

• Physical Exams / Check-ups / Medical Evaluations
• Treats Illnesses and Minor Injuries
• General and Preventative Care
• Prescribes and Monitors Medications
• Immunizations
• Lab Services / Diagnostics
• HIV/STI Testing
• Chronic Symptom Management
• Health, Nutrition, and Weight-loss Coaching

Terros offers an excellent compensation package and comprehensive benefits package. 

Salary Range (based on 40 hours/week): FNP: $113,000-$117,900; DNP: $129,000-$135,000

Additional Language Differential Pay Available $3/hour (approximately $6240 annually)

Starting Bonus: $2500*

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner AZ License
• MSN or DNP in Family Medicine
• Possess a valid First Aid/CPR
• Able to pass a background check and possess a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Possess a valid DEA license
