Working as part of a team for the Terros Health’s Families FIRST program at our Tucson location, this individual will impact the lives of families trying to overcome the barrier of substance abuse in order to reach family reunification and self-sufficiency. They will need to be compassionate, professional, friendly, a self-starter, organized, and have good time management skills.
Families FIRST (Families in Recovery Succeeding Together) is a program that help families involved with the Department of Child Safety (DCS) who are experiencing substance abuse. This specialized treatment program assists parents in moving through the addiction recovery process.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (Additional Language Differential Pay Available)

The Care Coordinator works closely with DCS, collaborative partners and other community resources to engage clients and streamline services in order to remove barriers, alleviate substance use and improve the prospect of family reunification.
