Responsibilities of a Head Teacher
As a Head Teacher at Terrific Tigers, you'll play a vital role in:
- Ensuring the well-being and development of the children in your care.
- Designing engaging curriculum units that encourage exploration and learning.
- Leading planning and implementation of activities aligned with children's growth.
- Interacting with children using positive language and interactive play.
- Communicating proactively with parents about their children's progress.
- Upholding rigorous health and safety standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Have a passion for working with young learners.
- Believe in providing world-class childcare to every family.
- Possess 3-5 years of experience as a Head Teacher.
- Hold a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Value building trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Be CPR and First Aid certified
- Be open to receiving the flu vaccination.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
