We seek resilient leaders with exceptional work ethics, willing to commit 40 hours per week to build a remarkable career in real estate. Our ideal candidate is motivated by a genuine desire to make a significant difference in people's lives, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to every client, whether it's helping a single mother find a $180,000 condo or securing a $2,000,000 listing. Many of our agents earn between $125,000 and $150,000 in their first year, with top performers making over $500,000. Please note: A NC REAL ESTATE LICENSE is required for this full-time, commission-based position.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation levels weekly
• Conduct open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Zoom and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers

Qualifications

North Carolina Real Estate License (REQUIRED)
