SUMMARY
Candidate is responsible for providing leadership and supervising gaming operations on their shift while maintaining the highest standard of customer service, integrity, and confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent. Slot experience preferred. One year supervisor experience is preferred.
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to effectively coach and counsel employees.
MATH ABILITY
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must possess intermediate PC skills. Microsoft Office experience required.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Indiana Gaming Comission.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate will monitor staffing levels and make adjustments as needed; coach and counsel employees; enforce all rules, service standards, policies and Indiana Gaming Commission regulations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level is loud when on the casino floor. The employee will be exposed to smoke while on the casino floor.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The employee will be required to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Employee must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Employee must be able to talk and hear in order to ensure proper communication.
