**JOB SUMMARY**

Our Guest Service Supervisor serves as one of our main points of contact for all guest and helps to lead our front desk associates. Some things that will be expected are, ensuring guests are satisfied with the overall accommodations and service, motivating and retaining a skilled and well-trained team, ensuring the safety and security of the hotel, and providing a clean and well-maintained property .
