We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our dynamic team in Detroit. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, embodying our commitment to impeccable service and culinary excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation, cost control, and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with executive chef and senior management to run promotions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in an upscale dining establishment.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors.
