- Must have a fully flexible schedule (be assigned to a specific shift, but be available to cover others if needed) Must have a clean criminal background Must be willing to work outdoors
- Concrete and asphalt paving inspections and repairs Drywall/plaster repair and painting Furniture assembly and relocation Changing lights and/or fixtures Plumbing repairs, replacements, installation Carpentry repairs and installations (doors, shelves, countertops) Minor repair of electrical devices Facilities safety inspections Grounds and security maintenance (fencing, gate arms and gates) Landscaping Equipment & Tool Operations Mechanical Repair & Trouble Shooting
- High school diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Experience working with the public Good communication skills Experience performing general labor funtions and facility maintenance (2 years minimum) General knowledge of Various Equipment Ability to drive company trucks, including snow plows and salters in Winter Ability to operate heavy and light duty towing equipment Ability to operate forklift, front end loader, etc Ability to work in tight spaces Ability to lift 50 pounds, ability to move 100 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
