This is a full service restaurant with a bar looking for a General Manage to join our team.
You will be an important part of creating and presenting flavorful food, providing fun, friendly, and memorable service, and sharing smiles with all guests and your teammates!

Our General Managers typically oversee day-to-day operations, design strategy, and set goals for growth. General Managers are thoughtful and confident decision-makers who possess the skills to help our company develop and profitable.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Ensuring all employees work productively
• Develop professional oversee of recruitment and training of new employees
• Maintaining budgets & optimizing expenses
• Upholding store policies & processes
• Managing inventory

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Bilingual: English/Spanish (Preferred)
• At least 2 years of management in Hospitality & Retail industry (Required)
• Must have worked in high-volume restaurants/stores (Required)
• Food Handler/Safe Serv Certification (Preferred)
• Must be confident in supervision roles
• Previous experience in customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

• College Park, MD 20740: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:
