Qualifications We're Looking For:

• Experience and Expertise: Ideal candidates will have a background in medical and behavioral fields, enabling you to provide top-notch care.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Access: A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential to support the young woman's needs in the community.
• Certifications: Hold a CNA, LPN, or RBT certification, or possess a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, or Social Work. Alternatively, candidates with a current NADD Competency-Based IDD/MI Dual Diagnosis Direct Support Professional Certification, Physical Therapy Assistants, or Occupational Therapy Assistants are also encouraged to apply.
• Empathy and Dedication: Your passion for making a difference in someone's life is crucial. We seek individuals who are committed to providing full personal care and maintaining the young woman's safety and well-being.

About the Role:
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the young woman with daily living activities, meals, and personal care. You'll provide 1:1 and 2:1 staffing to ensure her safety and health. Your medical experience will be invaluable in maintaining her well-being.
