Madison County beer and beverage distributor seeking a reliable and customer-focused Route Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations, and maintaining a clean driving record.
• Efficiently deliver beverage orders to retail stores, restaurants, and other customer locations within assigned routes.
• Build positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Rotate product inventory to ensure freshness and prevent waste, following FIFO (first in, first out) principles.
• Collect payment or invoices as required and accurately complete necessary documentation.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including proper handling and storage of beverages, as well as lifting and carrying heavy loads.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid License with “For Hire” endorsement or commercial driver's license – class A - with a clean driving record.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pound cases repetitively, maneuver kegs weighing up to 180 lbs. and perform other physically demanding tasks.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in order delivery and product merchandising.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
• Familiarity with handheld devices or technology used for tracking orders and managing inventory is a plus.
