We are seeking Performance Assurance professionals with experience in the following:

Job duties and Responsibilities:

• Apparent Cause Analysis
• Root Cause Analysis
• Event Investigation
• Management/Readiness Assessments
• General Corrective Action Management Functions

 Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experienced in cause analysis and corrective action management.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous work experience at the DOE Site.
• 5-10 years in the above key Performance Assurance Elements.
• Experience with Hanford Software Systems.
