Terracon has an opportunity for a Tech Tools Warehouse (TTW) administrative position. TTW is Terracon’s equipment rental office that serves internal clients in need of complex equipment and ensures that equipment needs are met company wide.

In this position, you will interact with both our office and field personnel, as well as external rental companies. This is a fast-paced position which requires multitasking use of phone, email, and Teams communication with a variety of personnel.

Duties will include office administration, assistance with finalizing documents, limited accounting, monitoring of GPS trackers, and coordinating rentals.

Rental Coordination involves communicating with users of TTW to confirm equipment availability, recording rentals on the equipment calendar, shipping equipment from one office to another, and helping users to schedule rentals with outside providers.

While this is a remote position, it would be great if our candidate came from the Front Range in the Rocky Mountain area

Essential Role and Responsibilities :

With support from Technical Equipment Manager : Track location of all Tech Tools Warehouse owned equipment.Coordinate shipping of equipment to Terracon offices.

Setup rentals with external vendors when needed.Assist with procurement of new equipment.Submit weekly equipment charges to Accounting

• Under minimal supervision, provides moderate to complex administrative support for Tech Tools Warehouse.
• Work to help improve efficiency of TTW by assisting the TEM in planning and implementing new software, procedures, and workflows.
• Answer telephones, screen calls and forward messages.
• Build and maintain relationships with Terracon offices.
• Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
• Experience with computer use and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Working knowledge of general office equipment.
