TerraClear's mission is to free farmers from the worst jobs on the farm. Our path begins by automating the most hated job on the farm - rock picking. Rocks slow farming, damage equipment, and lead to downtime while seeding and harvesting. As a seasonal Field Crew Member, you will deliver our rock picking service to TerraClear customers in the Grangeville, Idaho area. TerraClear sources the customers and provides you with a digital map that directs you through each field with an optimized route. You just drive and pick with the TerraClear TC80. This is a seasonal engagement with 6-8 weeks of work during both spring and fall 2024.
In this role, you will:

• Utilize TerraClear's cutting-edge rock management solutions to efficiently remove rocks from customer fields between March 15, 2024 and June 15, 2024
• Drive and pick rocks with the TerraClear TC80 rock picker using a digital map that directs worker through each customer field with an optimized route
• Track and report the details of each rock picking service job to the TerraClear Director of Operations

Required Skills:

• Experience operating farm equipment including skid steer CTL with power attachments, truck and trailer
• Currently licensed or able to obtain Commercial Drivers License in one or more of the above states
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and simple mechanical repair tasks using basic hand tools.
• Must be able travel up to 4-5 days per week, as necessary during peak periods
• Commitment to tracking progress and results using TerraClear tools and systems
• Committed to quality, safety, and productivity in work
• Comfortable, presentable and committed to customer service interactions

Compensation:

• Field crew members earn between $16.54 and $18.50 per hour. Inquire for more details.
• TerraClear will supply all required equipment, including its TC80 rock picker attachment, truck, trailer plus computer tablet and GPS equipment as required.
