HR/Payroll
Responsible for all human resources activities for the facility. Maintaining accurate and complete employee files. Responsible for ensuring compliance with facility Human Resource policies and all applicable state, federal and local laws, rules and regulations related to employment, including but not limited to, compliance with EEOC, Workman’s Compensation, Wage and Hour, personnel action including termination, time and attendance, FMLA, leave, background and drug screening, verification of licensure, if applicable, and exclusion status.
Delegation of Authority
As the Human Resource/Payroll Manager, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
