Terraboost Media Operating Company, LLC is seeking an exceptional candidate to join our graphic design team. The Graphic Design Intern is a temporary position that is responsible for all of our pre-press formatting as well as formatting award winning billboard artwork from major companies like GSK, Pfizer, Proctor & Gamble, At&t and more.

Compensation is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Essential Functions:

• Work with the print production team to ensure that artwork is formatting correctly for print production.
• Handle light revisions of artwork.
• Manage Consult Calls and follow up with clients on submissions, proofs, and approvals.
• Design and produce in-house designs as needed.
• Provide quality control, such as spelling checking.
• Follow best practices of the design and creative team.
• Work efficiently with other team members to deliver projects against deadlines.
• Ensure work is compliant with client and company specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis in inDesign.
• Team player with ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to prioritize project importance and be able to work independently.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:

• Must be enrolled and working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia Design or related field, or a recent graduate.

Physical Requirements:

• This is a stationary position, with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
• This position will require prolonged periods of operating a computer/keyboard/mouse/monitor and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine, computer printer and telephone.
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about the office to access office machinery or attend meetings.
• Work is performed in a temperature-controlled environment, but employee may be required to travel to off-site meetings for business purposes.
