• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bank operations and reconcilements.
• Experience in ATM Balancing, Return Items, Unposted, Deposit Services, ACH, etc.
• Responsible for department general ledger account reconcilements, daily and monthly ATM Balancing and adjustments.
• Responsible for processing Incoming Returns and Unposted.
• Responsible for daily processing and reconcilement of Cash Services requests.
• Ability to efficiently work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Excellent organizational & follow-up skills required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
