Terra Works, Inc. is currently seeking a General Maintenance Groundskeeper to join our team. As a General Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and performing various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance duties, including mowing, trimming, and edging
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform maintenance tasks
• Conduct routine inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
• Assisting with various tasks related to the maintenance and upkeep of our shop

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in general maintenance work
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
