Terra Vista Managment, Inc. is Hiring a Plumber, FT Near San Diego, CA
Campland on the Bay is a full-service, destination RV resort. Located in the Pacific Beach neighborhood of San Diego, Campland occupies 40 prime acres on Mission Bay just east of Crown Point.
We seek a qualified person to be Campland's plumber and be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the park's plumbing infrastructure. On any given day, work performed will include some or all of these tasks:
- Repair, maintain or upgrade watermains, sewers, drains, irrigation systems and restrooms, and other plumbing infrastructure.
- Provide general labor.
- Respond to after-hours calls timely.
- Operate heavy equipment.
- Maintain pool plumbing.
- Clear sewer and/or storm drains.
- Inspect campsites and the resort for damaged trees and underground water leaks.
- Map plumbing systems.
- Pick up parts or tools at off-property locations.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. Compensation includes paid vacation, medical, dental, vision and life insurance as well as 401(K) and paid sick time. Must be available to work weekends, holidays and after 5 p.m. Must have reliable attendance, high school diploma or equivalent, at least a year of plumbing experience, ability communicate effectively with co-workers and guests and a clean driving record.
