Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This includes performing repairs, conducting inspections, and implementing preventative maintenance measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems

- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency

- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document completed tasks

- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions using schematics and logic controllers

- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance efforts and ensure efficient operations

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks

- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders by addressing their concerns promptly and professionally

Experience:

- Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLC Experience

- Knowledge and experience with Franuc Robots

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions

- Proficiency in electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting

- Experience supervising contractors or maintenance staff is preferred

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus

- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment

- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations

- Skilled in analyzing information and creating reports
