As a Smoothie Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious and nutritious smoothies to our customers. Responsibilities: - Prepare a variety of smoothies according to customer preferences and dietary restrictions - Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and meet quality standards - Operate blenders and other equipment safely and efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie preparation area - Provide friendly and prompt customer service, answering any questions or concerns - Process customer payments using the POS system (Aloha POS) - Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients and supplies - Collaborate with team members to ensure smoothie orders are prepared accurately and efficiently - Upsell additional products or menu items to increase sales Requirements: - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in food preparation or smoothie making - Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously - Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and safety regulations - Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Join our team as a Smoothie Maker and be part of creating delicious and refreshing experiences for our customers.
