This local coffee company creates their signature coffee beans in their clean & organized facility in Everett - from start to finish, everything is done in-house.

As a Coffee Production Associate, you'll learn every step of the coffee production process - roasting the coffee beans, monitoring pre-programmed machines, and packaging the completed product to ship to customers.

Coffee Production Associate Job Duties:

• Operate coffee production machines and equipment.
• Document quality & inventory.
• Package the finished product.
• Prepare product for shipment

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Available Schedules:

• Day Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Swing Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:15 pm - 1:45 am
• Night Shifts:
• Monday - Friday, 9:00 pm - 5:30 am
• Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 pm - 7:00 am

Coffee Production Associate Job Requirements:

• At least 3 months of experience working in a production environment or operating machines or equipment.
• Comfortable navigating a computer.
• Able to stand and use stairs throughout your shift.
• Able to consistently lift & pull up to 50 lbs.
