A local company brings an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience working in a back – office role within the Merchant Services, Credit / Debit Card Processing Industry, EFT services. This Client Services Specialist position, which offers competitive wages, extensive benefits, paid holidays, and opportunity for growth, may be the perfect fit for you!

This company provides merchant services to small and large credit unions, is looking to add a remote Client Services Specialist to their team, in this Direct Hire opportunity.

In this role, you will be supporting the daily operations for clients utilizing the credit/debit and EFT systems and products. You will be the point person for all client inquires, serve as the liaison between the client and Visa DPS staff, coordinate new implementation, providing ongoing consultation and training, as well as problem solving issues or discrepancies that may occur.

Client Services Specialist- Job Duties:

  • Provide Operational support to clients; debit/credit/eft processing
  • Be the point person for client customer service
  • Train clients on any new products or updates
  • Analyze, problem solve, and provide consultation on any issues or discrepancies

You'll be successful in this role if you bring a passion for customer service, analytical problem solving, and strong knowledge of merchant services programs.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Location: Kent, Washington

Client Services Specialist - Requirements:

  • 3 years in the back office Credit / Debit Card Processing Industry, EFT services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage several tasks, a multi-tasking skills
  • High computer proficiency - excel based software

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 plus annual bonus
