A leading provider of sustainable building materials is seeking a Field Sales Representative based in Tacoma, WA, with extensive travel responsibilities across the United States. This role entails promoting and selling products to diverse clientele, ranging from culinary professionals to corporate decision-makers. Location: Tacoma, WA (50% travel across the US)

Salary: The salary for this position ranges from $73,000 to $77,000 annually, with a bonus structure tied to sales performance.

Field Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive travel to various regions across the US to promote and sell our products.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients in the culinary industry, construction sector, and other relevant markets.
• Deliver engaging presentations to groups of varying sizes, showcasing our product features, benefits, and sustainability initiatives.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to represent our brand and network with potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, identify opportunities, and meet revenue targets.
• Document sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM software.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product positioning.

Field Sales Representative Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in a role requiring extensive travel. (Required)
• Prior experience in culinary sales or familiarity with the culinary industry. (Required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. (Required)
• Experience with CRM software and adeptness in documenting sales activities is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
