This is a Monday-Friday Property Accountant position in the North Scottsdale area.

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Property Accountant Job Duties:
- Monthly, quarterly, and variance reporting
- Manage financial reporting preparation process with accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting duties
- Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions
- Proactively follow up with clients regarding their inquiries about property financials and reporting metrics.
- Must have experience working within the property management field
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2 years experience as an accountant
