Shift Leader – Teriyaki Madness

We are looking for shift leaders who will operate the restaurant with a guest-first mindset and support the General Manager and team in delivering exceptional food to customers. Key responsibilities include:

· Training and people development

· Ensuring exceptional customer service

· Teaching and maintaining high food safety, cooking and cleanliness standards

No early mornings or late nights with scheduling flexibility. We pay bi-weekly and share tips! There’s also bonus potential based on performance. Lastly, there are opportunities for advancement to General Manager and based on performance.
