Teriyaki Madness is a fast-casual Asian restaurant chain satisfying guests with damn delicious, huge, made-to-order teriyaki bowls customized with all-natural, fresh ingredients and flavorful sauces. We are a franchise system that helps people realize their entrepreneurial dreams while bringing amazing food to our guests.

We have over 150 open locations and hope to hit 200 in 2025. We need a team member who is ready, willing, and able to jump in to support our growth.

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurately coding AP and monitoring the paperless routing system.
• The collection and coding of employee expense reports and credit card reports utilizing Expensify software. This includes entering the activity into R365 for processing.
• Keeping our intranet/contact system current with financial information. (FranConnect)
• Account research and reconciliation projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

The right person will possess most, if not all, of these skills:

• Software: Excel, Expensify-highly recommended. Restaurant 365 & FranConect (nice to have).
• Reconciled balance sheet accounts.
• Experience working in Excel and other MS Office products (advanced knowledge is a plus!)

The accounting department is comprised of three employees, working together with the other 35 corporate employees to help others succeed.
