Teresa's Hospitality Group is expanding its restaurant management team at its newest location Teresa's Ristorante Bar & Pizzeria in Woburn, MA. Ideal candidates have a breadth of restaurant management experience which includes booking, executing and/or overseeing the success of private dining events.

Fitting applicants will be offered competitive pay based on experience. Teresa's Hospitality Group has four full-service restaurant locations located in North Reading, Middleton, and Woburn, Massachusetts.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of managing in a comparable environment
• Proven knowledge of coordinating private events
• Open availability on weekdays and weekends
• Experience in fine dining preferred
• Confident decision making
• Ability to lead with integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect and empathy
• Ability to manage and delegate tasks
• History of process improvement
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Customer-Focused service approach
• Strong attention to details
• Serve as a representation of the Teresa's Hospitality Group brand through professional appearance, leadership-style and customer relations

Responsibilities

• Assist staffing efforts by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training front and back of house team members
• Maintain operations by practicing policies and standard operating procedures set by the General Manager
• Manage private event inquiries and bookings
• Maintain guest satisfaction
• Accomplish restaurant objectives set by the General Manager including, but not limited to assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff
• Ensure budgets, inventory are appropriate maintained
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment
• Accomplish company goals
